Green moss

One of the most photographed seascape locations in Sydney which is at it’s best in Winter with the very green and slippery moss on the rocks

The place looks massive in super wide angle photos so it’s a surprise the first time you go and realise the total area is just a few metres and usually crowded with other photographers

Perspective

Having an ultra wide lens like my Tokina AT-X Pro SD 12-24mm F4 lets me make small features the main subject of photos

In this example, the whitewash is rushing past this uniquely worn rock which is only about an inch high and a couple of inches wide. However a wide angle perspective can make it appear much larger with the camera up as close to the rock as possible whilst still maintaining focus and depth of field

Creamy Bokeh – 2021 Edition

I’m restarting creamybokeh.com after 5 years of being offline. I don’t have any recent photos and won’t have any in the near future with the lockdown.

Instead I’ll be reprocessing and posting my older photos including my landscapes. Great memories of places, people and photos.
